In this episode of the ATP project Matt, Stevo and Elizma break down one of the most complex vitamins…B12! How it works in our body, where we get it, and why the bugs in our gut dictate often how much we get, use, and dispose of. Looking at it from the outside, the functions that take place inside have most scientists baffled, it’s almost back to front!? The team goes into detail with how the system works, and quite frankly, it’s mindblowing!
