1 tbs milk
1 tsp raw honey
2 tbsp oats
1 scoop Gutright
1 small apple, grated
½ tsp cinnamon
1 scoop Vanilla Noway
¼ tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Combine egg and milk together, add all remaining ingredients (except apple) and combine well until smooth. Add apple and combine well.
Grease ramekin/mug and bake for 25-30 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy warm!
Extras: Add crushed nuts and serve with ice cream or yogurt if desired!
