Fasted Cardio Protocol

Following our podcast on fasted cardio we thought we would put together a protocol on the best way to go about your morning fasted cardio 

This is a specific protocol for fasted cardio for fat loss 

  • Before anything is consumed in the morning and before your cardio has begun massage Subcut and Prototype 8 all over your body (or in the desired areas). You may then take the following orally:
  • Black Coffee (no sweetener)
  • Acetyl L-Carnitine 2-5g (no flavouring or sweetener) dissolved in water and nothing else.
  • Post training, shower (obviously) and then apply Block E3 on estrogen dominant areas and then reapply Subcut and Prototype 8.

 

For fasted resistance training (may be done after fasted cardio or instead of fasted cardio)

  • Massage Subcut on all of the fatty areas and Prototype 8 into the targeted muscle that you will be training prior to your warm up. Reapply the Prototype 8 to the targeted muscle group before your final drop sets and super sets. If you are going to be switching to another muscle group then follow the same process of applying the creams during your warm up and reapplying them before your final drop/super sets 
  • Post training, shower (obviously) and then apply Block E3 on estrogen dominant areas and then reapply Subcut and Prototype 8.

    after listening to podcasts, I thought that I heard it said totake AmpV on 1st thing as well as the creams and ALC ?

  2. Just wondering…. Can you still mix in the Amp-v with the Acetyl l-carnitine for results or should I being using it without?
