Give us an overview of how you got started...
The reason why I originally began weight training was because I was always the token skinny kid. People were always accusing me of having an eating disorder and I just got sick of people telling me I was ‘too skinny’. I had always admired a stronger looking female physique, I remember watching Terminator as a kid and thinking Sarah Connor was amazing! So, I decided to start weight training to try and add some curves to my frame. I had no idea what I was doing, but with a little help from friends and educating myself by becoming completely absorbed by reading bodybuilding magazines, watching bodybuilding dvds and studying into muscle development and nutrition online, I was hooked! 12 years later, here I am, proud to call myself a Professional Athlete.
It took me 7 years of solid, heavy training to finally have the confidence to step on stage. I wanted to be 100% certain I looked every part the Figure athlete, so I took my time, I worked hard on sculpting a flowing, balanced and mature physique. In 2011 I entered my first IFBB comp and won my division, so the following week I decided to fly to the National Championships in Sydney to give that a go and I won that too! I actually had no idea what just happened lol.
Numerous comps later and here I am, more determined and ambitious than ever to be successful.
I am constantly surrounded by motivation, I am a Personal Trainer at one of Australia’s biggest gyms- Derrimut Gym, and I absolutely adore my job. I get to help others reach their goals. I feel so productive and rewarded every night when I go to sleep, and I wake up every morning excited to start the day because I know I am helping to change lives.
Why do you use ATP Science products?
Because I know they work!! I am very conscious of what I put into my body, my health and wellbeing are my priorities. ATP products only contain natural ingredients and will not affect my hormonal pathways.
How do you use the ATP Science products?
Alpha Venus- I use two capsules in the morning and another two mid morning to help detoxify estrogen and boost my energy levels and mood. My absolute favourite ATP product!
Dragons Breath- I do suffer from very stiff knee joints occasionally, especially throughout my contest prep once my bodyfat levels drop. This product is amazing for helping to reduce the inflammation and get me through those heavy leg workouts.
Prototype8- Just after my 1st warm up set. I rub this on to the bodypart I am training- the pumps I get are insane and I also get an increase in vascularity as well.
Infrared– ½ hour before training, Infrared gives me an energy boost. The product contains no caffeine or stimulants, meaning my energy boost is stabalised throughout my lengthy workouts.

DAY 1- BACK/GLUTES
DAY 2- CHEST AND SHOULDERS
DAY 3- OFF
DAY 4- QUADS/GLUTES
DAY 5- SHOULDERS
DAY 6- HAMSTRINGS/GLUTES
DAY 7- OFF
What does your typical nutrition plan look like?
MEAL 1- Grass-Fed steak, coconut oil, raw almonds/cashews. Supergreens Mix.
MEAL 2- Barramundi, coconut oil, raw almonds/cashews
MEAL 3- Grass-Fed steak, coconut oil, green beans, basmati rice
MEAL 4- Barramundi, basmati rice, green beans
MEAL 5- Salmon, fresh vegetables, coconut oil.
What are your plans for the future?
I will head to Las Vegas in 2016 to compete at the WBFF Pro World Championships! In the meantime, I will work hard to perfect some little faults, and also build up my Personal Training business, allowing me to focus more on offering assistance in competition prep for Bikini, Fitness and Figure athletes.
