Give us an overview of how you got started...

I was a junior Queensland and Australian soccer representative until serious knee injury and following ACL reconstruction, forced me into the gym for rehab.. Right from then I loved resistance training and when soccer was no longer an option due to my injury, the transition to the gym was 100%. I have never looked back or wanted to do anything else.. Competing came at a later date and was never my primary reason for training… I just loved lifting weights.

Why do you use ATP Science products?

ATP is doing something very different to everyone else in this industry and  is unique in its vision. I just believe in ATP’s products and the direction they are heading and I wanted to be a part of this great company.

Which are your favourite ATP products?

TOO HARD TO LIST…. All of them…Protoype7, AlphaMars,  Infrared, Dragons Breath….Very hard to restrict that to 4 products…

How do you use these products?

Alpha Mars..   2 capsules twice a day with food

Prototype7…. Watch the video…

InfraRed… Varies in regards to my nutrition at that point in time, but mostly around training times

Dragons Breath… As I need it whenever I’m sore..

What does your typical training week look like?

Monday – Back

Tuesday –  Hamstrings & Calves

Wednesday – Rest

Thursday – Chest

Friday – Delts & Calves

Saturday –  Quads

Sunday –  Arms

* I do not have a set day or days off, I just listen to my body… if I wake up and am not feeling it, I just say not today…

What does your typical nutrition plan look like?

Meal 1: Steak and Raw nuts or Avocado

Meal 2: Chicken and Avocado or Raw Nuts & Green veges

Meal 3: Chicken & Green veges

Meal 4: Salmon & Green veges

Meal 5: Chicken & Green veges

Meal 6: Chicken & Carbohydrates (Brown rice, oats, bananas, maple syrup etc)

What are your plans for the future?

To keep on developing TEAM ALPHA and the Alpha Ethos business.. Also just to enjoy my training, make improvements, get bigger and as always to  be better than last time.. Continue my partnership with ATP Science.
